Both founders read every clue before any puzzle ships. The puzzle that arrives is the one we made for you, hand-edited and ready to give.

If you want to know what we are like before you commit, play the samples at examples. Each was typeset for a real customer.

If we miss the spirit of the gift

If the puzzle arrives and does not capture them, write us. We will redo it or refund you in full. Your choice.

If we made a mistake we can see

A misprint, a binding flaw, a wrong recipient name on a kraft label. Send us a photo and we will reprint and reship at no charge.

Changes after ordering

Once we have started typesetting, we do not offer changes. If you realize something is wrong, write us within 24 hours of ordering. We will pause work and sort it out. After that window, the guarantee above is the recourse.

Cancellations

You can cancel within 24 hours of ordering, full refund. After that, typesetting is underway and a cancellation refunds everything except the paper if it has already gone to the press.

Timing

Your card is charged at order. Mini, Weekday, and Grand ship in about a week. The Book ships in three to four weeks.
